All rates are per person, based on double occupancy and are subject to 8% NH Rooms & Meals Tax. Gratuities are not included. Please call (800) 373-3754 for more information.

Rates & Information
All rates are subject to 8% NH Room & Meals Tax. Although individual meal credits are unavailable, you may choose an appropriate meal plan when making your reservation.

Deposits & Cancellations
A deposit equal to one night's stay is required upon reservation. A refund on this deposit is available, less a $20 handling charge, if notice of cancellation is received 2 weeks prior to arrival. If notification is received less than 2 weeks prior to arrival a refund is available, less the $20 handling charge, only if the accommodations are rebooked.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in common areas and dining rooms. Millbrook, The Mill, our cottages and all condominiums are non smoking, as are many rooms at The Inn and King Pine. Please note there will be a $250 fee charged if it has been determined smoking has taken place during your stay in a non smoking room.

Pets
Sorry, pets are not allowed. A cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed for any pets found in guest rooms or common areas.
